The Group Exercise Department offers a friendly and welcoming environment that encourages member participation. Our certified instructors teach safe, well-cued classes designed to increase strength, improve flexibility or challenge cardiovascular endurance.

 GROUP POWER

GROUP POWER is a 60 min. barbell program strengthens major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors.  GROUP RIDE

Everyone from new exercisers to avid cyclists can benefit from the group dynamics and awesome music. GROUP RIDE matches terrain with tempo and mixes great music with a great workout! It will take you through slow climbs, short sprints and recovery spins that present no barriers to coordination or boredom.

Instructors are highly-trained to maximize each class experience, from proper set-up and positioning, to providing options for new exercisers. In addition, each song in a GROUP RIDE class has its own feel and style that is captured by the movements ensuring that Everyone Finishes First!

 GROUP CENTERGY

Redefine your self with GROUP CENTERGY. Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress and even smile. New GROUP CENTERGY classes are developed every three months to create constant variety for members.

 Boot Camp

A 60 minute high intensity, results-oriented conditioning program to develop functional conditioning. Each session trains the entire body with body weight movements. Mono-structural cardiovascular activity, dumbbells, resistance, medicine balls and agility tools utilize cross fit training.

 Circuit Training

This cardiovascular class consists of circuits being set up around the room ranging from hi-intensity moves, sports conditioning drills, and may be interspersed with strength and core challenges.

 Lite Moves

The perfect class is for members who are new to fitness, pregnant, recovering from an injury, or a saucy senior. A low impact class that gives you a total body workout, incorporating tubing, resist-a-balls, and mat work. The emphasis is on FUN and being fit.
